The bar our feeders had to clear before we listed them.
Lumia Paw is a small Canadian shop, not a lab or a clinic. We don't list whatever a supplier sends us — here is exactly how we decided our automatic feeders were worth building the store around, and why everything else got cut.
Four checks, no exceptions
If a product fails any one of these, we don't sell it — no matter how good the margins look.
Materials & safety
Pet-safe, non-toxic materials only. A feeder's hopper and tray touch your pet's food every day — if a supplier can't document the materials, it doesn't go up.
Supplier vetting
We order from established suppliers with verifiable track records, consistent ratings, and real fulfilment history — not whoever is cheapest this week.
Accurate listings
Sizes, measurements, and photos on our product pages are checked against the manufacturer's specs. What you see is what arrives — and if it isn't, that's covered by our guarantee.
The returns test
Both feeders carry our 30-day money-back guarantee and a 6-month warranty. If either ever started disappointing the pets it feeds, we'd delist it. Simple as that.
How our feeders made it onto the site
A note on honesty
We're a new store, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. We don't have a panel of experts or thousands of reviews yet — what we have is two products we genuinely stand behind, a 30-day money-back guarantee plus a 6-month warranty on every order, and a real person answering support@lumiapaw.com and 604 652 4706. If either feeder ever falls short of this page, tell us — we'll make it right and fix the listing.
See what made the cut
Meet the feeders — or message us and we'll tell you honestly which one fits your pet.
